Led at the helm by Tanya Sutcliffe, the Fusion team consists of Team Managers Sonya, Nicky, Gemma, Sarah and Beauty Therapist Tanya.

Tanya has been hairdressing since 1975 and is one of the most experienced hair designers in this area. Tanya still runs a column in the salon, although she is very much more focused on Fusion’s hairdressing academy and Fusions training Programme. Tanya currently has an up and coming stylists from the Academy working live on the shop floor in Mitchell

Sonya is an Artistic Designer in the salon and has been on the shop floor since Fusion started in 1998. She is also a business partner in Fusion and has full cutting as well as colour qualifications. Leading by example Sonya is one of the most experienced and highest qualified Stylist’s in the area and also specialises in Hair Extensions.

Sonya’s team consists of: - Kayleigh, an Artistic designer on the floor since 2005 and is also part of the Salon Success, Paul Mitchell task force and is currently Fusion’s 5 Step and Customer Care Trainer and manager making sure that all of Fusion’s clients have a great experience and are treated with the uttermost respect and feel totally comfortable whilst they are in the salon. Kayleigh is also Fusion’s external show organiser and deals with charity events and hairdressing shows that Fusion take part in during the calendar year. Kayleigh also specialises in hair Extensions.

Debbie an experienced Artistic designer who joined the team in 2010 from a top London salon, Debbie is also one of the current Leaders of Fusion’s art team and is co- responsible for leading Fusion into the L’Oreal colour trophy Final in London at the Grosvenor Hotel and for the salon’s team keeping up with the latest fashions and designs.

Charlotte, a Creative designer who works 2 days a week and is in the My New hair team with Sonya. This is a specialised position and means dealing with real sensitive issues, supporting and assisting clients in preparation for their hair loss by providing step by step style options or other headwear options.

Nicky is also a fully qualified and experienced Stylist and is an Executive Director. Nickie led the team that qualified for the L’Oreal eastern regional Final and got through to the grand final at earls Court in London in 2009. Nicky also takes cutting training in the Salon and has been on the shop floor with Fusion since 2002

Nicky’s team consists of: - Danni, another creative designer who has been on the shop floor since 2008 and is now a part time stylist doing 2 days a week on the shop floor.

Zoe a creative designer was Lowestoft College Hairdresser of the year in 2008 and has been on the shop floor since 2008. Zoe is also in Tanya’s training team and is very much involved now with Fusion’s Hair academy, teaching to schools and to our own assistants. Zoe is also Fusion’s induction trainer for any new stylists or trainees that join fusions ever growing team. Zoe also specialises in Great Lengths hair extensions.

Sian, a Graduate stylist, joined the team in 2008 during her final year of NVQ training. She completed her NVQ level 3 with Fusions training and has now been on the shop floor since early 2009. Sian is also part of Fusions Art team and also specialises in Great Lengths.

Gemma is the senior colour specialist of the salon; she has full cutting and colouring qualification by L’Oreal, TIGI, and Paul Mitchell, Gemma is the manager of Fusion’s Technical team and is also responsible for all advanced colour training within the salon. Gemma is also responsible for Keratin Complex Smoothing therapy training and a member of the fusion Art team.

The other Colour specialist in the team is Sam who has been on the shop floor since 2009, she has all the responsibility of looking after all of Fusion professional stock, making sure Fusion has the right colour available and in stock for client’s hair. Sam is also in the Fusion art team.

The Beauty Therapist team is headed up by Tanya Price. Tanya is trained in Elemis and Dermalogica and is fully qualified level 3 beautician who joined the team from managing a top Norwich Spa in November 2010. Tanya with her team has helped revamp Fusion’s Beautician Department to provide one of the top Beauty Therapist services in this area. All the beauty therapist rooms have now been revamped and Fusion offers a bespoke massaging room with a state of the art massaging chair.

Hannah is also part of the beauty Therapist team. Hannah is also Dermalogica and Elemis trained and also fully qualified level 3 beautician. Both therapists specialises in Bio Gel Nails and are fully trained to Diploma standard in classical Facial massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, spray tanning, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, Make up and Nail extensions for both hands and feet.

Gemma is Fusions expert nail Technician and specialises in Acrylic nails, Nail Art and 3d effect she joined Fusion November 2010.

Krystina is our Beauty therapist trainee and is currently attending Gt Yarmouth College as well as working at Fusion 2 days a week.
